Most larger builds will start with the need for a design.
Just ask, and we can help recommend you a certified architect and qualified engineer who will be able to provide designs, drawings, engineering and structural calculations. Depending on the scale and complexity of the job, Architects fees could range between £1000 - £4000 and beam calculations between £250-£350 per beam.

Between £1000 and £20,000
The price range of £1000 to £20,000 can cover a large range of jobs.
The jobs in this category are many and varied.

The could range from getting a new kitchen fitted, or adding space for and fitting a new bathroom - maybe even adding an archway between rooms. Internal decorating, plumbing and tiling jobs.
A lot of exterior work can also happen here, for example landscape gardening and adding new driveways.

Between £20,000 and £50,000
The price range of £20,000 to £50,000 tends to cover jobs of a more structural type.
The jobs in this category are often structural and require completion by experts only.

This range would encompass work such as loft conversions and dormer additions. Extensions to the rear of properties, such as the addition of a wrap around extension and installation of bi-fold doors.
A complete re-roof to a mid terraced property, including steelbeam work, carpentry and tiling. Or adding a large conservatory to a property or fitting all new windows and doors to the exterior a property.

£50,000 to over £100,000+
The work here is often a large scale varient of a project, or a combination of multiple elements.
The jobs in this category are often structural and require completion by experts only.

This range would encompass large property/scale loft conversions, perhaps with front and rear dormer additions. Large extensions to a property, adding build both outwards and upwards, where property size is increased over multiple floors.

A £100,000+ budget could also be made of multiple elements such as adding a wrap around extension, whilst installing a loft conversion with 1st and 2nd fits and/or decorating.
